Tibetan Mastiff Health Information In the United States the American Kennel Club's Canine Health Foundation and the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals sponsor the Canine Health Information Center (CHIC) to operate a centralized canine health database. CHIC's mission is to provide a source of health information for owners, breeders, and scientists, that will assist in breeding healthy dogs. Once in place and accepted within the dog breeding community, the CHIC program offers benefits to breeders, buyers, parent clubs, and researchers. I am committed to the future health of the Tibetan Mastiff breed. All Tibetan Mastiffs in my possession and those that are bred by me will have their information recorded in the CHIC database. It is my strong belief that as much information about as many Tibetan Mastiffs as possible needs to be available in the CHIC database. This information will help breeders make good decisions about what stock to breed to ensure the future health of the Tibetan Mastiff.
